REGISTRATION TERMS · EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 14, 2026
Clear expectations for every voice.
These terms apply when you create an account, register, or join a waitlist for a One Accord Choir Project.
Eligibility and accurate information
Registration is for singers unless an event page says otherwise. Provide current, accurate contact, voice-part, tee-shirt, location, and emergency information. An organizer may correct section placement when needed for musical balance.
Capacity and waitlists
A registration is confirmed when the website confirmation screen says your place is confirmed. When a voice section is full, your request is placed on the waitlist. Waitlisted singers do not owe a fee unless the organizer confirms an opening.
Fees and payment
Each event displays its own fee and currency. Unless the event page states otherwise, confirmed participants may pay on arrival using cash or Zelle. Do not send sensitive bank information through this website. Zelle instructions supplied by an organizer should be verified before payment.
Schedules and changes
Rehearsal, concert, venue, and schedule information may change. Participants are responsible for reviewing the event page and following instructions supplied directly by the event organizer.
Tee-shirts
A free participant tee-shirt is provided when stated on the event page. Sizes are prepared from registration information and may be subject to availability if information is late or changes after ordering.
Conduct, safety, and minors
Participants are expected to follow event safety directions and treat singers, staff, venues, and community members respectfully. A parent or guardian should approve a minor’s registration and any required travel.
Cancellations and removal
Contact the event organizer if you can no longer attend so a waitlisted singer may be invited. Organizers may close, postpone, cancel, or archive an event, or remove a registration for safety, inaccurate information, nonpayment when due, or serious misconduct.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your password private and do not attempt to access another person’s account, disrupt the service, scrape private information, or bypass security controls. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
Questions
Use the contact information on the relevant event page for registration, payment, cancellation, privacy, or accessibility questions.
