This policy explains how One Accord Choir Projects uses the information supplied by singers, emergency contacts, and administrators.
Information we collect
We collect account credentials, name, birthday, address, city, state or region, country, phone numbers, email address, voice part, tee-shirt size, travel preferences, profile photo, emergency-contact information, event registrations, and payment status. We do not collect card or bank-account numbers through this website.
How we use it
We use this information to secure accounts, match singers to eligible projects, manage registrations and waitlists, prepare tee-shirts, organize rehearsals and concerts, allow organizers to identify and contact participants, support emergency planning, track arrival payments, prevent abuse, and maintain accurate rosters. The website does not automatically send email or text messages.
Who can access it
The singer and authorized One Accord administrators can access profile information. Event organizers receive only information needed to operate their event. We do not sell personal information. Service providers used for hosting and security process information only to provide those services.
Storage and retention
Information is retained while an account or event record is active and as reasonably needed for operations, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Administrators should archive completed events and remove records that are no longer needed.
Your choices and deletion requests
You may update profile information from My Account. To request a copy, correction, or deletion, contact the organizer listed on the relevant event page and provide the account email and event code. The administrator will verify the request before changing private information. Deleting an account removes its profile and linked registrations; some limited records may be retained when legally required.
Children and emergency contacts
A parent or guardian should approve registration for a minor. Please tell an emergency contact that their information is being provided for event-safety purposes.
Security and questions
We use access controls, encrypted connections, protected sessions, rate limits, and other safeguards. No online system can promise absolute security. Report a privacy or security concern to the organizer shown on the event page.
